This answer from another BB. Many thanks to the author: Go to "Tools" in Internet Explorer. Then > Internet Options > Programs > Manage Add-Ons > Toolbars and Extensions, then select "Make The Web Better, LLC". Use the Disable button to deactivate. Close out your browser and open up a new one. The problem, which has been driving ME crazy, should be gone (it cured mine). Good luck.
