Servis m6712 washing machine is knocking?

My servis m6712 washing machine makes a knocking noise when the drum turns (even turning it by hand). This doesn't seem to affect the performance at all, but it is annoying and worrying.

Can anyone help with this?

my done the same .remove back cover and tighten the bolt that holds the pulley the belt runs around that should fix the clunking noise
