hot water but no heating?

i have a potterton kingfisher 11 floor standing boiler.( cf 80)there is hot water but no heating. please advise what fault could be

if ya boiler fires up to heat the hot water then the boiler works, problem therefore could be motorised valve if applicable, programmer, room stat, pump all depends on system type and whats fitted.
