Whats wrong with my Servis Easilogic 1400?

My Servis easilogic 1400 starts the wash cycle but does not go through the stages-it fills with water then sits for a few minutes and then empties-the drum does not turn or spin but the belt is ok. it seems to have lost its memory

my servis easi logic 1400 has just started leaking underneath. i believe it could be the seal but where is it. could some give me a diagram that shows where it is please.
