Hi, I've a Hotpoint WM83 washing machine and recently it will not drain the water away at the end of the wash cycle. I've disconnected the black rubber hose which leads from the drum to the waste pump and the water from the drum has drained, which indicated that if there's a blockage it's not in that pipe. I've then disconnected the grey pipe from the waste pump to the drain and this is also clear so I assumed the waste pump had given up, so I replaced that!

Having reconnected everything and fitted the new waste pump the problem persists, any ideas?
