How do I Replace the drive belt?

I have an Hotpoint Washing machine WMA58 which the drive belt has come off. How do I get it back on as there are no adjustment bolts?

It took me ages to find this solution but it is really brilliant!

just load from bottom pulley and place belt on topside of wheel and slowly turn the upper wheel
