how to fix washer?

code 37 comes up on my fisher paykle washer and it will not drain or spin

Code 37 is pump blocked error. It will not spin until all water is drained. You need to remove water by hand then tip machine back against wall & get at the drain pump on front right hand side of outer bowl to clear the obstruction.
