computer disk?

i can insert new blank disc in computer to copy . but computer keeps saying no disc insert disc. what is problem?.thanks. ray.

hi .computer will take and play recorded discs .problem only with blank discs when i want to download music onto disc.computer says no disc when disc is in .and it justs spits blank disc out.cheers.

hi james. forgot to say this problem has just happend. it used to take blank discs no problem but now when i go to copy stuff compter says no disc(when new blank disc inserted.)help.

Hi, I had a similar problem and I needed to upgrade the firmware (disk) drivers to the latest version (should be available from the manufacturers website). This is quite a common problem when using newer media as the media progress is way faster than the hardware. Hope this helps.
