You can't just take and operating system from one computer and install it on another. You need an install disk and a code. If you use the same code on one computer that is currently being used on another, then windows updates may identify it as a copy and shut down access to their site.

That being said you could make a copy of your hard drive and transfer it to the hard drive of the other computer. This would require a program called ghost, or something similar. It takes a ghost image of one drive and writes it to another drive, making an identical copy.
Certain factors need to be in play for all this to work.
things like, hard drive size & Type of file system.
To do this you would have to remove the hard drive and connect it to your computer either by installing it as a slave or through a portable hard drive case plugged into your usb port. Then use the software to create the image and copy it to the other disk. This will copy everything exactly as it is on your computer according to the settings you select. Take the drive reinstall it on the other computer, and you basically have a clone of your own.
