Replacing old Bathroom Light with New?

Hi, I am trying to replace my old bathroom light which is operated by a pull cord.

I have:
1 x Switch Wire
2 x Red
2 x Black
2 x Earth

My new Light Fitting has Live and Neutral connections.
I thought looking through some websites the following:
1 x Switch Wire in the Live on new light
2 x Red Isolated
2 x Black in the Neutral on new light
2 x earth isolated as the light is earthed.
However this doesn't work! Any ideas/help would be appreciated.........

You seem to have a wire (probably red) missing.
If it is wired in twin & earth you will have 3 cables, one of which going to the switch.
