hi, when i try to start up my computer, it swtiches on and you can hear all the fans working etc, but the screen goes completely fuzzy and you can't even get into Windows. It reaches a certain point then restarts again, but still fuzzy. it has been doing this for the past 2 hours! help please! thanks
