help please some months ago i sent my 240volt singer 221k iv come to reinstall it and for the life of me i cant remember how to wire it iv tryed but it runs all the time or not at all. now the peddle may be faulty but first i need to know the right way to conect the wires.
the female socket is marked 1 2 and 3
1 being yellow and 3 being red also is there a way to test the peddle switch i do have a meater but cant seem to be able to test it any help will be great

Hello Wayne,
The first thing to do is to take the suppressor out of the foot control because that may be faulty causing it to run on, I can't remember the exact wiring of the motor but you will have to experiement with the neutral wires in different position.
