Washing machine is doing half a cycle then stopping and the start/delay start lights are flashing but nothing is happening and the machine is still full of water any recommendations please on what I can do - thanks

Looks like your pump is blocked, check the filter under the kick panel at bottom left hand corner of machine. If possible pull machine out and lean back against worktop so you can get a washing up bowl underneath if it still has water in it as it will go over the floor otherwise. Have a good look inside to see if filter is blocked. Also sometimes coins stick in inlet at rear of pump, mainly 10p pieces, but you would have to remove the sump hose off pump if this is the case
