can i get hot water higher than the hot water tank?

is it possible to get hot water up higher than the hot water tank, which is in the airing cupboard, up to the loft for a shower proccessor to mix both the hot and cold, is this possible without the aid of a pump?

the hight of a hot water outlet is governed by the water level in the cold water supply tank if this is in the loft there should be no problem, but if it is above your cylinder in the cylinder cupboard then there is no way
