I HAVE WATER LEFT OVER THE WASH AND MY CLOTHES ARE DAMP ONCE THEY ARE DRIED ON SPIN AND IS IT THAT I HAVE TO CLEAN THE FILTER OR MAY IT BE SOMETHING ELSE. THANKS
