I have a Beko WMA510W washing machine, the problem is that the softner is not going into the wash and remains in the drawer during all types of wash.

Hi,

When you next put a load in to wash, add the softener and put the machine on.

Listen out or check for it getting to the final rinse when the softener is taken through into the load, pull the drawer out and see if where the filling jets are in the roof of the drawer recess, check to ensure all are pouring water through, if not there is probably a blockage in some of the jets, try cleaning them with a narrow brush. Some jets may not work, it's dependant on the cycle phase.

If the problem persists call an engineer from Beko.
