Detrola manual?

I have a Detrola reproduction 4 and 1 record player entertainment system. The record player turn table stopped turning. Is there a simple solution to fixing this or is there an owners manual available?

I had an electrical outage that caused my record player not to power on any longer? Anyway to trouble shoot this problem.

Move the turntable arm all the way to the right till it clicks. Then move it back to the record and turntable should spin.
