Go to Panasonic website and find an update utility. They will send it to you on a disk, Or yes in UK !
The utility I got is on a DVD Disk. I insert it in machine drive and it updates the machine firmware itself.
I had the same done by a Dealer, but the disk from Panasonic was more recent and the results worked.
