snapping belt on hotpoint aquarius washing machine?
Hi the belt on my hotpoint aquarius washing machine snapped, so i bought a new one made sure that the pulley's were clean the fitted the new belt, i put the maching through an empty wash cycle & all was ok. I loaded the machine put it on & went to work when i got home the belt had snapped again please help any advise as to what might be causing this problem
hi,it's possible that the bearing's may have gone, snagging locking up unload & breaking the belt, see if theirs any movement on the pulley toward's the back of the drum at all,hope this help's & best of luck
