Hi, My Worcester 24i makes all the right sounds but there is no hot water nor heating, there is a little window on the front (behind the panel) where I thought I would see a pilot light, should there be one? because there isn't. If so how does one reignite it?

electronic ignition lights its self , could be fault with boiler or controls, advise you get Gas Safe engineer
to look at it.
