candy aquaviva 1300 condensing outlet?

my candy aquaviva 1300 goes through washing & drying cycle but clothes are still soaking wet?
I believe it might be the condensing outlet how dio i access this?

You can access this part by removing the back panel. You will see a plastic tube. Undo the pipe at the bottom and with an old wire coathanger poke up the tube and get as much fluff out as possible. once this is all clear you will then need to remove the top panel. You will then see a metal block that has what looks like to buttons on it. Press them down and you will hear a click that means they are now allowing the element to heat up when drying.
