my panasonic sat receiver model TU-DSB31 shows good signal strength (90%) on bar and good signal quality (70%) on bar but cannot find any channels and says no satellite signal , can anybody help ,i have checked dish alignment and this seems to be ok.

have turned unit off for one minute then switched back on again but still the same, have not used receiver for three years and i am using new dish with
hd quad lnb
