electrolux dishwasher not heating the water up?

how do i change the heating element on my electrolux esl6115 dishwasher? the dishwasher runs but does not heat the water up.

what makes you think it's the element? there are many other components involved in heat control

first thing is it might not be the element.pcbs with bad solder joints around the heater relay are common place.check pcb. element should be around 29ohms across terminals approx
