How can I fix my microwave?

When I plug in my Hinari Lifestyle microwave [about 18 months old], the light comes on, I can set the timer but when I press power nothing happens.
Can anything be done or is it new microwave time?

hi can you start microwave just by pressing the button labled quikstart if you can do this and it starts you can press this button several times to adjust the length of cooking time if this is poss i will try to explain about power button
