Fuse blowing on JCB CX3 which sets off buzzer and incapacitates machine?

My JCB CX3 Sitemaster is blowing bottom left fuse which causes the buzzer to sound and prevents driving. What is this fuse for and where might the problem be

its difficult to say i need to know how old the machine is im better with the 80s 3cx if its newer get in touch with digger doctors uk there have web site they are ex jcb fitters and do all the spares for them and second hand spares
