I dont think the ice tray is moving back up to refill for the water to go in to make the ice, any ideas on how to fix?

Water supply is working as we still get the water for drinking. All the lights are working for the ice but when you press for the ice you can hear the motor working but its not refilling up with ice

anything blocking the unit. is the water supply turned on?
