how to wire in a room thermastat into a biasi 24s combi boiler?

i have a biasi 24s combi boiler but no room thermastat i have rang many people to try and get one fitted but no body seems to want to do it, can it be done without a professional ?

am i right in thinking they come with a reciever that needs to be wired into the boiler ?
