cheers john ive tried the heat shield thats ok,ill give the cat a bang and see but if not any suggestions its cost me almost £300 so far and its still the same

the only thing not replaced is the cat so maybe ill get that changed and see cheers john

OK Scott no probs on that one....but rattly exhausts are usually due to loose baffles inside, but you say yours have been replaced? If the noise hasn't changed at all, then we're not looking in the right area - which I've done countless times before! Be lucky!
