My sanza fuze 4g is malfunctioned it won,t pop up on the computer like it suppose to be (it says that USB NOT RECOGNIZED) i uninstall it the same problem. I even try to change the usb mode still doesn't work and i also formated the device and try to update it but it says the device is unknown and already updated
