How can I fix my cassette player in a 93 ford?

My cassette player makes a horrible turning and clinking sound. It will play, then go into rewind, then, play, rewind. Anyone know how to fix this?

dont bother fixing it just smash it up and get a cd player

I fixed it! Just jab a freaking screw driver in the tape player until it works.
