The wire in to the display seems to be loose as keeps on loosing image on lcd unless you play with it. Can it be easily re-soldered or connected properly? If not anyone know who can carry out the work, I live in cardiff.

Hi,yea it sounds like a loose connection to the board.Remove the screws on the back of the unit/screen,remove cover & you will see a little white plug {located at the end of the wire going into screen} plugged into the board/screen.Carefully remove plug & plug back in securely.This should sort it.
