TrendMicro Housecall has encountered a problem?

I am trying to run the new TrendMicro Housecall antivirus software on my desktop PC. When the software starts and gets to the "Listing processes" stage, it crashes with "TrendMicro Housecall has encountered a problem and needs to close."

It is complaining about a file called ntdll.dll. It doesn't say what is wrong. Any clues?
