Hi Have 2 problems when i tune heating on pressure gauge goes all the way round the guage in the red after 10 mins, then water is released out of boiler vent pipe.
secondly hot water get hot showing 85 degs or so then bioler cut out temp goes back to 75 degs then boiler kicks back in again this just keeps on repeating.

plate heatexchanger is blocked / also expansion vessel flat or feed to ex vess also blocked. call BG 168 quid all in and plenty of come back if they dont fix it.
