i have a f30e boiler when i run my hot water it only warms up and doesn't get hot i've looked through the manual and it says to check the operation of the 3 way valve i've disconnected the valve and reconnected it and i get hot water but if i put alot of pressure through the taps or turn the hot water off and use a different tap the water only gets warm again

if the 3 way valve is on the shonk, the 22mm flow pipe to the rads will get hot, turn the isolation valve off to this pipe then try tap again. if hot then correct. also watch flame or flame light on display if goes on / off / on and water hot/cold/hot/cold/hot etc then blocked/blocking plate heat exchanger due to sludgy water. remove n pressure wash for temp fix.
