Hello all. I have just bought a Samsung LE19R71B off a friend for casual use in my office, It has a pInk line down the right side...about 1 mm thick, but it is a very bright pink line.

I saw that i may have to re-solder some of the components as these tv's heat up quite a lot and detatch components from the circuit board. Or 1 may be defective.

Can anyone advise me on this as i am more than happy to do it myself.Even if it means finding a spare board or placing new components on the board.

I look forward to hearing anyones solutions to this.
