tumble dryer not heating?

Hope someone can help please as we are totally baffled!!!
We have a Hotpoint Aquuarius Condenser tumble dryer TDC30 which will not heat up. We have replaced all thermostats and the heating element but it still will not heat! Any help would be appreciated!
Exasperated in Portsmouth!
