I have aquired a second hand Hotpoint WMA58 machine from my daughter. Only 2 years old and in very good condition; my daughter brought it from new. It was plumbed in yesterday and at first everything seemed to work fine. I put it on the E Cloursafe cotten programme and sat back to watch X Factor. However after about an hour I noticed water on the kichen floor. I let it finish the programme and then cleaned up after it was finished. I noticed a washer on the floor an realised it had been left out. I removed the hose from the cold into the machine and fitted the washer. Turned everything back on and now water does not appear to fill the drum on starting??? I unscrewed the hoses gently and water spurted out so I know wather is getting to the machine! Help!! :-) Please!
