Junior 24i-topping up pressure?

If I need to bleed the radiators now and again, how do you maintain the pressure in the system. Dummies for boilers answer please. Also I get hot water downstairs but non upstaiis ? Whats going on there ? My Mums a pensioner so engineer call outs need to be at a minimum, called one out last week £50 and he was there about 2 minutes and the pressure was back.

look for a silver braided hose between 2 of the pipes under the boiler, open the taps at either end and the water will flow in. either that or there may be one built into the underside of the boiler, in which case there may be a key which you can stick in and turn (bayonet style) then open the plastic tap to the side of it. check the worcester websit for instructions / diagram for the built in filling loop.
if the pressure keeps falling then you have a leak, check the relief pipe firstly (usually a few feet below the flue)
