Hi
I am not sure whether this is then right place to post this but here goes
I live in communal flat with a shared aerial and just recently moved in where I discovered that I have a white telewest box attached to the wall where the previous tenants had cable
I called Virgin Media but they wont touch it and said all I need to do is remove the box with an allen key-and replace with an aerial fixture-is there anything else i need to do..re wires..I asked virgin and she said no..?
