volume key blocked help enyone?

my computor keeps tellin me i may have been victim of software counterfitting, it says the volume key as been blocked on my virsion of windos now other than the name (volume key) it dosen't say eny thing about the volume alough there is no sound on my computor. so is this volume key the problem with my computors sound? if so can i get the volume key unblocked with out buying new windows software? if the volume key is not the problem how do i get the sound workin? can some one please help?

It is not talking about the sound. Volume in this case means the Disk ID, as in a multi-volume book like an encyclopedia e.g. Volume One, Volume two, etc..

I suggest that you may have a counterfeit copy of Windows and the cure is - buy a proper copy.
