You need to remove the top, The back and the motor underneath, Take a photo of the connections under neath so you remeber where they go and then remove all hoses and wires from the drum assembly.
Lie the machine on its side and pop the spring off one side at the top, Unscrew the cross bar and remove the other side.
Life out the Drum, This can be quite heavy so you may want to remove the concrete block on top.
There is a metal belt bolted around the rear of the drum which you need to remove in order to get the back of the plastic casing off, This is quite difficult to remove as it is well sealed.
I dont know how to put it back together yet as I only just took mine apart ... Turns out I need a new Spider for the rear of teh metal drum as mine has snapped.
Fingers crossed on the cost.
