i have an inotech television 54cm
5 yr old son played with the remote and locked the tv.

we tried everything we could and is still locked after almost 2 months then i heard about your great ability to help me. how do i (unlock) do this?

Called a local TV repair see below and they recommended holding down each key in the bottom two rows of the remote for 10 sec or more. I tried one by one and the blue key on the 2nd row from the bottom unlocked it. Hold it down for 10 sec and bingo. It's unlocked. Thanks BBR. See below.
