Glow-worm Cxi 38?

I have a 4 to 5 year old cxi 38 which has been working fine, how ever now the water only heats up to a Luke warm temp, and cycle's hot and cold, I can all feel the radiators getting slightly warm.
I suspect the DHW heat exchanger would you agree? does any body know how hard they are to change?
Many Thanks

Changed the DHW Heat exchanger today, not a hard job a bit tricky due to the lack of room behind the boiler and all is working as normal now.
Saved myself a lot of money doing it myself.
Job well done.

if rads are getting warm, then diverter valve is passing.

Heat exchangers can block up , we strongly recomend
you get a qualified engineer to change your
diverter valve along with a proper power flush to
the whole system.
