How can I stop the F4 proplem near the end of a program, Diplomat ADP8332?

I have a Diplomat ADP8332 dishwasher, the dishwasher runs for about 15mins on the 40 and 70 programs but then starts blibbing and showing the F4 fault number. have taken the bottem tray of and there is no water there.could you please tell me if you can help.
