I accidentally took out the little metal piece marked #2 by the bobbin holder and don't know how to put it back?

Do you mean the black clip on the right hand side thgat holds the bobbin case in ? email me below but type in my address as you say it not as you read it, this site does not allow email addresses to be shown that is why I have to write it this way.
