Having completed a wash the door would not open. I am told this was because it had not fully completed the cycle. How to I now get it to open?

At the back there are 2 screws at the top that hold the top of the washer on if you remove these the top should slide forward and off. once this has been done you will see a lever inside that you can pull to open the door the other way is to set it going again from the beggining.
