beko fridge freezer not working?

I have a beko fridge freezer - the fridge compartment is freezing food on the top shelf and the freezer is defrosting all the food on the top shelf and also the fan is not working!!! Cant seem to get any answers anywhere

If the fan in the back of the freezer isn't working then this could be your problem.try switching whole appliance off for 24 hrs and see if everything works including the fan afterwards
