A .DLL is part of a programme and Windows can't find it. It may have become currrupted. If you have any other browser, do to the Microsoft site and reload IE from there. If you don't have another browser you can use, youneed to find someone with a CD woth a copy of IE (any version) on it and reload it from there. Then go to Microsoft's site and upgrade to the lates.
To avoid this in future go to www.mozilla.com and www.opera.com, download those two browsers and even if you lose IE, you can get it back online. You may even prefer Mozilla Firefox - I do.
