Location of water inlet valve?

Hi!
Have error E02 for my Ariston microGenus He mffi. Pressure is approx 0.5. I need to locate my water inlet valve to try and increase pressure.

I too have this boiler and had this problem.

There are two parallel pipes underneath my boiler. They are about 12 inches apart and coming straight at you as you face the boiler. They are connected to each other by a flexible braded pipe at the ends nearest the front of the boiler. Each pipe has a valve on it with a black plastic knob. When closed, for normal operation, the knobs appear perpendicular to the pipes. Turning both so they are parallel to the pipes starts the flow of water into the boiler.

Sorry if that’s a bit long winded but I for one didn’t want to mess with my boiler unless I knew it was the right thing to do. This seems simple enough for a home user to do but it is not detailed in the manual. The manual says “try bringing the system pressure up to a mean value of 1.0 bar by opening the water inlet valve”. Not very useful given it doesn’t tell you anything about the water inlet valve.

I have the same boiler. Underneath the boiler you should see two plastic valves. Turn them both to the open position and the boiler will fill up. Took me about half an hour to work this out!

Cheers
