I have just purchased this till and when i do an x reading it prints out 99 depts totals i only need the first 10 how do i change this i can't find anything in the manual relating to this.

Hi.
This register should only print out the depts that were used. If 99 print, then the machine has had 99 used. If you do a Z report (not X) then the machine should clear them and only print what you use each day. To Z report, press decimal point, then CASH (or TL). It will print the 99 depts again, then do a second Z report and they should be gone.
